SHAUNA, Business Manager
Shauna is the Business Manager for the practice, overseeing policy & budget enforcement, employee delegation & marketing direction while ensuring all aspects of business are met. Shauna graduated with a degree in Business Administration, followed by her Masters in Health Administration. To improve her knowledge of clinical dental practices & to improve practice efficiency, she became a certified dental assistant. She has been with us since 2001.
LESLIE, Patient Liason
Leslie is our Patient Liason and attends to any patient matters. She is the person you talk to on the phone and who greets you when you arrive to your appointment. Leslie is very proficient with insurance and financing and helps to ensure you are able to maximize your insurance benefits and provides you with the best financing options available based on your treatment needs. Having been here since 2007, Leslie is the person to speak to if you have any questions or concerns, need to figure out how to pay for your treatment, or just need to schedule an appointment.
DARCY, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Darcy is Dr. Mathias' lead dental assistant and has been with us since 2005. She ensures efficiency during treatment procedures allowing us to stay on schedule and is also in charge of inventory control. Darcy continues to research products in the effort to increase patient comfort and practice efficiency and attends continuing education courses throughout the year to hone her skills in the newest dental techniques, treatment and equipment.
WHITNEY, Registered Dental Hygienist
Whitney is our most recent dental hygienist family member. Whitney is very proficient and educated in the most up-to-date hygiene methods and technologies that help to decrease treatment time for the patient. She is a great team player & focuses on staying on time and educating her patients well.
