We offer a safe, inexpensive solution to an unsightly smile. Whitening your teeth is a very simple procedure that can be completed in relatively short period of time.

Procedure

There are three different whitening methods:

1) In-Office Whitening

2) Custom Whitening Trays

3) Over-the-Counter Whitening strips

The first step in the whitening process for both method 1 and 2 is impressions. We will take full impressions of your upper and lower teeth. These impressions will be made into custom bleaching trays. The trays will fit onto your teeth perfectly so there is a small possibility of gum damage from the bleaching solution.

If you choose to have In-Office Whitening, we will then remove any stain/debris on your teeth to be whitened and then paint on a highly concentrated whitening solution. A special light will be placed over your teeth to activate the material. After 30-60mins, the material will be removed and you will leave with whiter teeth (~5-12 shades whiter) and your custom whitening trays. The In-Office Whitening method is a jump start to the whitening process. Using your custom whitening trays at home following the procedure will give you the best results.

The second step is to place the bleaching solution in the trays and wear them for a few hours a day. Within 7-10 days, you will see a significant improvement in the color of your teeth. Your smile will look brighter and younger. We will take before and after photos so that you will be able to compare the amazing transformation.

Over-the-Counter whitening strips are the least effective whitening method. The whitening material in the strips is not as strong as what you would receive from your dentist, so they will be less effective & it will take longer to achieve any results.

Bleaching only works on natural teeth and may not be effective in all cases. We will inform you as to the potential whitening for your specific situation.
